Arrival – New Clients

We are located at 7355 N Willow Ave, Fresno, CA 93720, inside the clubhouse of The Villas. You can enter through the office or drive around the back where you will find parking by the pool. I am happy to guide you in the first time. For safety reasons I am grateful to be in a secure location. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled.

Returning Clients

You may arrive at your scheduled time or up to 5 minutes early. The door will be unlocked for you and if it's not please shoot me a text!! 647-991-2870—come right in and make yourself at home!

Late Arrivals

If you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, please call or text to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, late arrivals will result in a shortened service with no reduction in price. If you arrive too late for your treatment to be performed, you will be charged 50% of the original service cost or forfeit your deposit. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduled time.

Cancellations

To avoid fees, please cancel your appointment by 12 PM the day prior. Cancellations after this cutoff will result in a 50% fee of the service cost, charged or deducted from any existing gift card. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. These policies compensate for time reserved and missed opportunities to serve other clients.

No Shows

We have a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows. Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost. A reminder text is sent the day before your appointment to help you confirm or cancel in a timely manner.

​Changes to Your Appointment

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your scheduled service. This includes rescheduling, upgrading, or shortening your appointment. Last-minute modifications may not be accommodated and shortening services upon arrival without prior notice will result in full payment for the originally booked time.

Deposit / Payment / Gratuity

Appointments of 60 minutes or more require a 50% deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellations are made within the approved time frame. If you cancel within the allowable time, the deposit may be applied to a future appointment.

Booking Appointments

Appointments may be booked through our website at skintologystudio.com/services 

Gift Certificate bookings must be made by the recipient of the certificate once it has been received. Before reserving your time, please take a moment to review our booking & cancelation policies. It is my deepest honor to care for your skin,  and create a space of relaxation and renewal

just for you.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for any services or products at their purchased value. If used after a price increase, the client is responsible for paying the difference.
Please note:

• Not valid with promos, specials, or discounts

• Non-transferable and non-refundable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy other gift cards

• Must be presented at time of service

Certificates from contests, giveaways, or referral programs may have different rules and expiration dates — please refer to individual promotion terms.

Product Refunds

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase to the original payment method. Products must be unopened and in original packaging.
